All financial transactions on the dhono88 platform are denominated in Bangladeshi Taka (৳). dhono88 does not accept deposits in foreign currencies directly; any conversion is the responsibility of the payment provider used by the player.

dhono88 supports the following deposit and withdrawal methods for players in Bangladesh: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, Dutch-Bangla Bank, City Bank, BRAC Bank, Islami Bank, and Sonali Bank. The minimum deposit amount is ৳500. The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳1,000. Maximum withdrawal limits may vary depending on your account verification status and VIP tier.

Deposits are credited to your account balance as quickly as the relevant payment provider confirms the transaction — in most cases, bKash and Nagad deposits credit within minutes. Withdrawal processing times vary by method and are subject to identity verification completion. Standard withdrawals are processed within 24–72 hours after all verification requirements are met.

dhono88 does not charge fees on deposits or standard withdrawals. However, your payment provider may apply their own transaction fees, which are beyond the control of dhono88. Players are encouraged to review their chosen payment provider's fee schedule before transacting.

All deposits must originate from a payment account held in your own name. Third-party deposits — where the account owner of the payment method is a different individual from the registered dhono88 account holder — are strictly prohibited and will result in account suspension and return of funds to the originating payment method.

All games available on the dhono88 platform — including live casino tables, slot titles, RNG table games, sports betting markets, and exclusive experiences such as Boat of Fortune — are governed by the rules of the individual game or market as displayed within the game interface or betting product at the time of play.

Players are responsible for familiarising themselves with the rules, return-to-player rates, and house edge applicable to each game before placing a wager. dhono88 makes game information available within each game interface. Players who are unsure of the rules of a game are advised to use the demo mode where available before wagering real funds.

In the event of a technical malfunction, system error, or connection failure during a game or sports betting event, dhono88 reserves the right to void the affected bet and return the staked amount to the player's account balance. Where a malfunction results in an erroneously displayed win, the credited amount will be reversed. dhono88's decision in all such matters is final.

For sports betting, all bets are settled in accordance with the official result of the relevant sporting event as declared by the relevant governing body (e.g., ICC for cricket, FIFA for football, BPL governing body for Bangladesh Premier League matches). In-play bets accepted after the outcome of the event has been determined will be voided. dhono88 reserves the right to suspend betting markets at any time without notice.

Minimum and maximum bet limits apply to all games and sports markets. These limits are displayed within the relevant game interface or betting market. dhono88 reserves the right to apply individual bet limits to specific player accounts where unusual betting patterns are detected, including but not limited to arbitrage betting, matched betting, and pattern wagering intended to exploit bonus terms.

dhono88 reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any account at its sole discretion, including but not limited to circumstances where a player has breached any provision of these Terms & Conditions, where fraudulent or prohibited conduct has been detected, where a legal obligation requires account closure, or where continued operation of the account would constitute a risk to the platform or other players.

Where an account is suspended for investigation purposes, the player will be notified by email to their registered email address. During the suspension period, the player will not be able to log in, deposit, withdraw, or place bets. Investigations are typically completed within 14 business days; where a longer period is required, the player will be kept informed of progress.

Where an account is closed due to a confirmed breach of these terms, any funds in the account that are directly attributable to prohibited activity may be forfeited. Legitimate deposits that are not associated with prohibited activity will be returned to the originating payment method within 30 days.

Players may request the voluntary closure of their own account at any time by contacting [email protected]. Voluntary account closure requests are processed within 5 business days. Any remaining real-money balance will be returned to the player's registered payment method after all pending withdrawals and verification checks are resolved.

dhono88 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms & Conditions at any time. Amendments may be made in response to changes in applicable law, regulatory guidance, platform functionality, payment processing arrangements, or internal policy decisions. dhono88 will use reasonable efforts to notify registered players of material changes via email to the registered address or via a notice displayed prominently on the platform.

Amendments take effect from the date specified in the updated Terms & Conditions document, which will be no less than 7 days after the date of notification for material changes affecting player rights. For minor or administrative amendments — such as corrections to typographical errors, clarifications of existing provisions, or updates to contact details — changes may take effect immediately upon publication.

Your continued use of the platform after the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree to any amended terms, you must stop using the platform immediately and contact [email protected] to request closure of your account and return of any remaining balance.
